Terry Nelsen of Austin Pacelli has been credited as the first girls basketball coach to surpass 300 wins (retired after 1990.) Carol Visness broke Nelsen's record in the 1992-93 season. Mike Dreier has been the leader in career wins since the 1994-95 season.
